The first high-rise apartment building Cosmopolitan Twarda 4, designed by a world-renowned architect, Helmut Jahn, has been completed.
“We are conducting the last adaptation works to make individual apartments suitable for specific customers – said Michał Borowski, President of the company Tacit Investment. We plan to begin handing over the apartments to their owners starting from 26 June, which means that the first residents will move in still this month. They will have an opportunity to use all the available facilities. The reception desk is already working and the recreation floor with fitness facilities, saunas, Jacuzzi, club rooms and a terrace is ready for use.” The Cosmopolitan is a 160 meter high, 44-storey apartment building, with 236 finished apartments with an area from 54 to 700 square meters.
Until June 2014, Tacit Investment, the developer and investor of the Cosmopolitan Twarda 4 building, sold one half of the apartments and rented one half of the commercial space. The first office tenants have already moved into the building, the office reception desk has been working normally since the beginning of June. We are still negotiating about the ground floor” – said Michał Borowski.
The official opening of the building, with the participation of the architect Helmut Jahn and city officials, is scheduled for 19 September 2014.
