Cosmopolitan Apartments is the winner of the Architectural Award of the President of Warsaw

December 7th. The list of laureates of the Presidential Award of the President of Warsaw  was announced. This is the first edition of the award and covers buildings from 2001 to 2014. Apartment Cosmopolitan Twarda 4 won in the category “Residential Architecture – Single Object”.

Architectural Award of the President of Warsaw was given to the designers and architects of the best investments, who have set new design standards and enriched the capital’s landscape.

The sleek and stylish block of 44-storey Cosmopolitan located in the city center – at the intersection of Twarda and Emilii Plater streets, just off Grzybowski Square – is an example of a modern, functional and thoughtful urban solution. In addition, the glazed façade provides an incredible view of the Warsaw skyline and perfectly matches the surrounding space. Residents appreciate the comfort of being able to enter the fully furnished interior as well as the proximity to all the charms the city offers: restaurants, cinemas, theaters and parks.

The Presidential Award of Warsaw is extremely valuable to us. It honors primarily Helmut Jahn – one of the most outstanding architects of the 21st century, who is the creator of the Cosmopolitan apartment building in Warsaw. This building will certainly set new design standards that is so important to our city. It’s also a great place to live and a great piece of the city – comments Karolina Kaim, President of Tacit Investment.

Among the remaining laureates in the category “Residential Architecture – single object” was awarded a residential house at ul. Franciszkańska 14 and the House with the Workshop.
