The Tacit Development Polska company has begun dynamic expansion on the Polish market. In the next few years it is going to become one of the major players in the real estate branch. The company’s flagship project is an outstanding apartment block in Warsaw, 2/4 Twarda Street. The company is planning to acquire other real estates in the subsequent months.
 
In the Twarda Street investment, Tacit Development Polska makes use of the experience gained during the already completed investments supervised by the capital group the company is the part of. The most remarkable projects include: the Rialto hotel, the exclusive tennis and fitness club “Sinnet”, the recording studio “Sound&More” and the office building in Karowa street.

Tacit Development Polska belongs to the capital group controlled by Grzegorz Jankilewicz and Sławomir Smołokowski, the shareholders in a power industry company Mercuria Energy Group. The well-known Polish company J&S Energy belongs to MEG. The company is a member of the Polish Association of Developer Companies.

Michał Borowski

The president of Tacit Development Polska is an architect and has several-year global experience in the field of construction projects. He has been designing and building in Poland, Sweden, Portugal and Germany.

He studied in the Department of Architecture at the Technical University of Warsaw and in the Art History Department at the University of Stockholm. In the year 1974 he had graduated from the Royal Architecture Department at the Technical University of Stockholm, where he later worked as the assistant and lecturer. He was also a lecturer at the Post-graduate Studies of Town Planning and Land Development in the Department of Architecture at the Technical University of Warsaw.


He performed some prestigious public functions.


In the period from 2003 to 2006 he was the chief architect of Warsaw. From 2007 to 2008 he was holding the position of the president of the governmental company – the National Sports Centre, which was in charge of the construction of the National Stadium in Warsaw for the UEFA EURO 2012 championships.
